Bony tissue is consist of osteoblast, osteoclast and osteocyte. In remodelling that is mechanic appearence of bone like as local bony resortion and formation, The systemic hormones and several local growing factors control growth, differentiation and activating of cells. Recently we have osteoporotic problems in decreasing bony volume and increasing fractures. So this is a explanation on osteoporosis caused of mechanism related to bone. Especially, new knowledge on the function and control mechanism of osteoclast.
